All meals served with salad bar and milk.

Today: Roast baron of beef, au jus, potato cheese puff, peas and onions

Wednesday: Beef stew, corn bread with honey butter

Thursday: Chicken country gravy, biscuits, corn O'Brien

Friday: Soup and sandwich bar

Saturday: Taco bar

Sunday: Roast leg of lamb, wild rice, country spinach

Monday: Country-fried steak with mushroom gravy, whipped potatoes, cream corn and broccoli


All meals come with soup, salad bar, coffee, tea, milk and rolls, dessert

Today: Pepper steak, roasted potatoes, carrots

Wednesday: Beef enchiladas, refried beans, Spanish rice, birthday cake

Thursday: Chicken pot pie, spinach, fruit cup

Friday: Prime rib, baked potato, broccoli

Monday: Beef Stroganoff on noodles, peas


Today: Tacos, Spanish rice, refried beans

Wednesday: Teriyaki chicken wings, rice, mixed vegetables

Thursday: Cabbage rolls, scalloped potatoes, green beans

Friday: Chef's choice

Monday: Spaghetti, green beans, garlic bread


All meals served with milk and coffee

Today: Hot roast beef sandwich, gravy, mashed potatoes, tossed salad, lemon cake

Wednesday: Baked pork chop, au gratin potatoes, broccoli, dinner roll, applesauce

Thursday: Meatloaf, gravy, oven-browned potatoes, green beans, bread, chocolate chip cookie

Friday: Christmas party potluck at noon

Monday: Roast beef, mashed potatoes, baby carrots, dinner roll, fruit cocktail


Milk, juice, bread and salad bar are available every day. The salad bar opens at 11:30 a.m.; dinner is served from noon to 12:30 p.m.

Today: Pepper steak with onions, country fries, winter squash, apricot crisp

Wednesday: Breakfast brunch of pork gravy over biscuits, egg casserole, fruit cup

Thursday: Taco salad bar with refried beans, Spanish rice, pico de gillo, lime fruited Jell-O

Friday: Roasted chicken breast, au gratin potatoes, steamed beets, chocolate pudding

Monday: Baked pit ham with pineapple, Christmas yam casserole, petite green beans, cheesecake


Today: Breakfast from 9 a.m. to noon

Wednesday: Salisbury steak, mashed potatoes, gravy, green beans, corn chowder

Thursday: Christmas dinner at noon

Friday: Chicken pot pie, cream of spinach soup

Monday: Ham and au gratin potatoes, lima beans, corn bread, cabbage soup
