Students of the Week are Kaitlin Barkman, for excellence in academics and behavior; Keefe O'dell, for Bible memorization; Kelsey Tachick, for wonderful behavior and attitude; Tiana McGahan, for cheerful spirit; Stephen Webb, for creativity in all areas; Mckenna Rosin, for improvement in phonics; Ryan Boozer, new student in first grade; and Jacob McManus, Caleigh Jensen and Gracie Carroll, for being great friends.

Kudos to Mrs. Rehm and the elementary and secondary musicians for the Christmas concerts.

Thanks to Mr. Leiter and the drama class for a night of fun and treats at the Dessert Theater on Saturday.

This week is Spirit Week in preparation for the CIA Classic basketball tournament. Everyone is encouraged to wear blue, gold and white beginning Thursday. The tournament is Thursday through Saturday.

Students planning to participate in the mission trip to Arizona need to submit $100 to the office by Friday.

Friday is a half day for the school. Christmas break starts Monday and continues through Jan. 2.

Coach Shawn Taplin will start wrestling practices for elementary boys the first week of January.
