KETCHIKAN (AP) -- A Juneau woman was asked to leave the state ferry Matanuska in Ketchikan over the weekend after allegedly assaulting two crew members.

Alaska State Troopers said Dina Starks, 46, was issued two summons charging her with fourth degree assault in connection with an 8:45 p.m. incident Saturday.

Starks attempted to strike one crew member with a vodka bottle and scratched his face, then kicked a second crew member who attempted to assist the first, troopers said.

Starks was asked to leave the northbound ferry at Ketchikan. According to troopers, she was last seen looking for directions to the Greyhound bus terminal to continue her trip to Juneau. Ketchikan, on Revillagigedo Island, has no road connection to Juneau.
