All meals include milk, coffee or tea, soup or salad bar, bread or roll

Today: Pepper steak, roasted potatoes, carrots, fresh fruit, sherbet

Wednesday: Beef enchiladas, tostadas, refried beans, Spanish rice, birthday cake

Thursday: Veal cutlet, bread dressing, cauliflower, peach halves

Friday: Ham, lima beans, cornbread, pineapple-slaw, pears with cottage cheese, chocolate cake

Monday: Cornish game hen, herb rice pilaf, asparagus spears, chocolate mousse


Salad bar opens at 11:30 a.m. Lunch is served at noon. Lunches include salad bar, rolls or muffins, milk, juice, ice tea, coffee and ice water.

Today: Spaghetti with meat sauce, green beans, garlic bread

Wednesday: Chicken nuggets, potato salad, corn

Thursday: Beef and cheese enchiladas, Spanish rice, Mexicali corn

Friday: Ham, baked potato with fixings, corn, apple pie

Monday: Center closed


Milk, juice, bread and salad bar are available every day. The salad bar opens at 11:30 a.m. and dinner is served from noon to 12:30 p.m.

Today: Swedish meatballs, egg noodles, cauliflower and broccoli florets, lemon bar

Wednesday: All-you-can-eat salad bar, soup de-jour, butterscotch pudding

Thursday: Pepper steak, home fries, winter squash, oatmeal cookie

Friday: Pit ham with pineapple slice, sweet potatoes, green beans, assorted fruit pies

Monday: Center closed for Christmas


All meals except breakfasts include soup, bread or rolls, salad and dessert

Today: Breakfast made to order: biscuits, gravy, eggs and omelets

Wednesday: Roast beef, mashed potatoes, peas and carrots

Thursday: Reuben sandwich, German potato salad

Friday: Christmas dinner at noon

Monday: Center closed for Christmas


Salad bar and milk served daily. Dessert on Monday and Wednesday is fruit, Tuesday and Thursday is frozen yogurt and Friday is a surprise.

Today: Barbecue spareribs, baked beans, corn on the cob

Wednesday: Roast baron of beef, baked potatoes, peas and onions, hot bread

Thursday: Chicken enchiladas, refried beans, salsa and chips

Friday: Egg foo yong, pork fried rice, teriyaki wings

Saturday: Country style pot roast, vegetables, gravy, corn bread

Sunday: Pork roast, au gratin potatoes, mixed vegetables, hot bread

Monday: Turkey pot pie, fresh bread

Today: Salisbury steak, whipped potatoes, baby carrots, bread with margarine, cupcake

Wednesday: Barbecue ribs, oven potatoes, coleslaw, bread with margarine, applesauce

Thursday: Hawaiian cheese pizza, tossed salad, peach half with cottage cheese

Friday: Roast turkey, whipped potatoes, Scandinavian vegetables, roll with margarine, fruit cocktail

Monday: Beef stew with vegetables, biscuit, tossed salad, lemon pie
