ARNOLDS PARK, Iowa (AP) -- After five years of planning, the Iowa Rock 'N' Roll Hall of Fame Museum is scheduled to open Jan. 25 in this Iowa town.
''We are really looking forward to showing the young people and future generations what an impact the music had on all of us in Iowa, such as our lifestyle and our future,'' John Senn, president of the Iowa Rock 'N' Roll Music Association.
The museum will house exhibits, including the first recording studio in Iowa; clothing; musical instruments; and other memorabilia. It's next to a dance hall that attracted big-name rock and pop acts like The Beach Boys.
