Scott D. Freestone
Soldotna resident Scott D. Freestone died Thursday, Dec. 15, 2005, at Nicholson’s Assisted Living in Kenai after a lengthy illness. He was 44.
A viewing will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, Dec. 23, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Soldotna. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at the church. Burial will follow the service at Kenai City Cemetery.
Mr. Freestone was born March 26, 1961, in Vernal, Utah.
“Scott was a hard worker and overcame many obstacles in his life and wanted to be a friend to everyone. His family will miss him,” his family said.
Mr. Freestone is survived by his father, Lloyd, and stepmother, Virginia; mother, Frenna Hadley, and stepfather, Roy; brothers and sisters-in-law, Kevin and Ann and Ardin and Kathy; sister and brother-in-law, Melanie Robbins and Milton; and several nieces and nephews.
Arrangements were made by Peninsula Memorial Chapel in Kenai.
