ANCHORAGE (AP) -- A new course in seafood marketing will be offered next semester at the University of Alaska Anchorage.
The course should appeal to ''anyone interested in the topic, from degree-seeking students to commercial fishers, from seafood processors to attorneys, accountants and entrepreneurs,'' a course description said.
Topics will include market research, product development and new technology. The course will feature guest speakers and a seafood sampling at UAA's culinary arts facility.
The instructor will be Steve Grabacki, president of Graystar Pacific Seafood of Anchorage.
