Soldotna resident Pamela Diana Brent died Saturday, Dec. 17, 2005, at Providence Hospital in Anchorage. She was 53.
Visitation will be held at noon Friday, Dec. 30, with funeral services at 2 p.m. at Antioch Baptist Church in Black Jack, Texas. Pallbearers will be Vance Beaston, Daniel Morris, Terry Brent, Billy Scott, Daniel McCormick and Jeff McCormick.
Mrs. Brent was born Dec. 15, 1952, in Sterling, Colo. She moved to Alaska in 1986.
She was a business owner in Alaska and Texas.
She loved crafts, swimming, playing cards and fishing.
Mrs. Brent was preceded in death by her father, Harry Nolan Scott; and sister, Theresa Gautreau.
She is survived by her husband, Bill A. Brent; daughters and sons-in-law, Delbie and Daniel Morris and Brenda and Vance Beaston; mother, Nelda Faye Scott; sister, Nelda McCormick; brother, Billy Scott; and four grandchildren.
