On Dec. 15, many community musicians participated in “Evening of Christmas,” a concert of seasonal music, at Christ Lutheran Church for a wonderful audience of about 150 people.
The music scene on the central Kenai Peninsula is alive and well, and it’s especially amazing the week before school gets out, when there are so many school concerts happening all over, and many of the musicians are performing or conducting programs elsewhere.
We are so grateful to the community around here, to support the performing arts and to allow us to do what we love to do. Thanks to the many folks who helped with the many details of the concert, reception and planning to make it a success.
