We wish to publicly thank the CES Fire Station No. 6 in Kasilof for the use of the Community Room for our weekly TOPS (Take Off Pounds Sensibly) meeting every Thursday morning. We appreciate having a place to meet for Kenai Peninsula Area community members to lose weight and start a healthy lifestyle. This Chapter was started Feb. 5, 2009 with 4 members. Now, nearly 7 years later, there are 12 active members whom have collectively lost over 200 pounds. The administration and on-site staff have been very welcoming and accommodating.
