Regarding the Veterans Memorial at Leif Hansen Memorial Park, why does it matter about the design of this memorial? Has anyone even thought that the cemetery is taken care of by the city and all the military graves have white crosses on them? Are you saying that these should be removed also? Let’s get real. It is ridiculous to even make this an issue and shame on those who spoke up against a reverence to our military. May God bless those who have served for our freedom and just let them rest in peace with the remembrance of this monument.
