Alaskans had a wonderful opportunity last November when they elected an independent for governor. Apparently the legislature didn’t get the memo that this is a new era and one where we can be different than Washington, D.C., and work together to accomplish what is best for Alaskan citizens. The House blames the Senate, the Senate blames the Democrats and the legislature blames the Governor. Get over it! Do what is right for Alaskans and fund education, Medicaid and Erin’s law. We don’t have to be partisan and nasty to each other!
