Vandalism. For those who get caught they are usually fined and possibly jail time, depending on age. That doesn’t teach them a darn thing! You make them clean it up and not only do the repairs but pay for it. This kid who destroyed the flowers needs to get out there with a rake and flatten out the ruts and re-seed, (even if they don’t grow now). He needs to feel the hard work that went into it and the cost. He destroyed it openly let him repair it openly. All those who choose to vandalize should be made to make the repairs.
