Wes Morgan and Katie Killian of Soldotna announce the birth of their daughter, Willa Tate Morgan, at 12:12 a.m. on Feb. 13, 2014. She weighed 8 pounds, 13 ounces and measured 21 inches. She joins sibling Makenzie Morgan. Her grandparents are Steve and Cindy Morgan, Mark Hite, and Karen Killian.
