Mackie makes President’s Honor Roll at WSU

Rachel Leann Mackie of Soldotna has been named to the President’s Honor Roll at Washington State University in Pullman, Washington. To be eligible for the honor roll, undergraduate students must be enrolled in a minimum of nine graded hours in a single term at WSU and earn a grade point average of 3.75 or earn a 3.50 cumulative GPA based on 15 cumulative hours of graded work.

Truesdell makes Daokota State 2016 Spring Honors list 

Zachary Truesdell of Soldotna qualified for the President’s Academic Honors list for the 2016 Spring Semester at Dakota State University in Madison, South Dakota. Students must earn a grade point average of 3.5 to 4.0 to qualify for the honors list.

Neill graduates from Harding University

Megan Neill of Soldotna graduated from Harding University in Searcy, Arkansas, during commencement exercises May 7. Neill received a Bachelor of Arts degree in communication sciences and disorders.

Krull named to Dean’s List at South Dakota

Alyeska Krull was named to the Dean’s List in Fine Arts at the University of South Dakota for the Spring 2016 semester, with a 4.0 GPA. She is majoring in musical theater, and is a 2015 KCHS graduate.

If your group or organization has a photo of an event to share, submit the photo and the following information for print: Who took the photo, who’s in it, when and where it was taken, a brief description of what’s happening, and a name and phone number in case we have questions.
