Learning for Life: Elodea eradication project update scheduled

Interested in what is happening with the Elodea Eradication Project in Stormy, Daniels and Beck Lake? There will be a Community Meeting on Thursday at the Nikiski Community Center (Mile 23.4 Kenia Spur Highway) from 6-7:30 p.m. Residents and the public are welcome to participate in the on-going dialogue about the herbicide treatment, its effectiveness, what the future plans are, and what has been done so far.

We hope you can take the time to join us for this Community Meeting opportunity. If you have further questions call Janice Chumley at UAF/Cooperative Extension Service 262-5824.
