4 chicken breasts, rib portion, with skin
4 to 5 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
½ cup olive oil
½ cup lime juice
¼ cup lemon juice
¼ cup white wine
½ teaspoon sea salt
Few dashes Tabasco
Fresh herbs for stuffing under chicken skin (Good choices include parsley, basil, thyme, cilantro, marjoram, oregano, sage or tarragon, or a combination of several.)
Fresh lime slices for garnish, optional
For the marinade: Combine all the ingredients, except for the chicken, fresh herbs and lime slices, in a mixing bowl; combine well and set aside.
