As state mandates change and Alaska begins to reopen parts of the economy, the Kenai Peninsula Economic Development District is looking to assess how businesses have been managing the changes with a follow up survey.
The economic district issued their first survey back in March to better understand the impact of state closures on local businesses. The district wants to hear from businesses again. The confidential survey the district is putting out this week is identical to the first survey and is due by 7 p.m. Friday, May 1.
Information from the surveys will be used to “identify the needs of the region,” an email announcement from the district said.
Tim Dillon, the economic district’s executive director, says any businesses across the peninsula can contact him with any questions by emailing him at tim@kpedd.org or by calling 907-283-3335.
