A Kenai woman was sentenced last week to 10 years in prison for federal drug trafficking and firearms charges.
Christina Lynn Rifredi, 42, of Kenai, pleaded guilty in December 2022 to drug trafficking and firearms crimes after being charged by a federal grand jury in November 2021.
Court documents say Rifredi sold more than 60 grams of methamphetamine, 1 gram of heroin and a 12-gauge shotgun between Nov. 21, 2019, and Dec. 8, 2020. A press release from the U.S. Department of Justice says law enforcement found through a search warrant for Rifredi’s vehicle and residence that she possessed 27 firearms, a silencer and additional methamphetamine and heroin.
The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives investigated the case with the Alaska State Troopers and the Kenai Police Department, the press release says.
