Local law enforcement will host a Prescription Drug Take Back Day on Saturday, April 28. Part of the a national effort sponsored by the Drug Enforcement Agency, the event allows the safe disposal of legal prescription drugs. Prescription drugs can be dropped off at Soldotna Professional Pharmacy at 299 N. Binkley St. in Soldotna between 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. State Troopers, Soldotna and Kenai police will man stations at the event.
