The Kenai Peninsula Borough School District is overhauling its website and wants your feedback. The redesign is years in the making and is meant to make the site — set to launch in early January — more accessible and responsive.
Those interested in providing feedback on the new site can do so by clicking the “Please let us know” hyperlink in the upper right corner of the test site. The form provides a space for comments and requests that people specify on which page they are commenting.
Users are encouraged to keep an eye out for missing or outdated content, broken links and links that point to the current district URL, as well as for features they think work well. The district said in Dec. 17 communication that KPBSD staff have been able to preview the site since early December, but that community partners and families are encouraged to help further refine it by helping to identify bugs. Once the site has been officially launched, the communication said, KPBSD’s existing website will disappear and redirect users to the new site.
The district’s new site, through which feedback can be provided, can be accessed at kpbsd.org.
