A Seward resident was arrested Sunday following the issuance of a Department of Public Safety advisory.
The advisory, published around 3 a.m., said that 44-year-old Cash Christensen was sought by the Seward Police Department “on multiple felony and misdemeanor offenses.” He was reported to have been last seen leaving Seward traveling northbound on the Seward Highway around midnight toward either the Kenai Peninsula or Anchorage. The advisory said that he had three juvenile females with him.
The advisory was first updated around 11 a.m., saying that the three juveniles were found safe.
The advisory was updated a second time later on Sunday, saying that Christensen had been found and taken into custody. No further details were provided about any charges.
