The Kenai River Brown Bears dropped a North American Hockey League preseason game Saturday in Minnesota 3-2 in overtime to the Austin (Minnesota) Bruins. The Bears open their season Wednesday at the NAHL Showcase in Minnesota against the Minot Minotauros at 1 p.m. ADT.
