Kenai football falls to Redington

The host Redington football team defeated Kenai Central 20-6 on Friday in Mid Alaska Conference action.

The Huskies move to 2-1 in the league and 3-2 overall, while the Kardinals fall to 1-2 in the league and 2-4 overall.

Kenai head coach Jake Brand wrote in a text message that it was a tough loss and that his team continues to be thin on players due to injuries.
