The Rusty Blades coed adult hockey league starts its 35th season Oct. 2 and is looking for new players to come join the six-team league. The season lasts from early October to the end of March, with two games per week.
Sunday at the Kenai Multi-Purpose Facility, the league will be holding its first-ever draft skate for all new skaters looking to find a team. The cost for the draft skate is $10 per skater. All levels, from beginners to adults returning to play, are more than welcome.
