The Peninsula Oilers closed the Alaska Baseball League Scouts Showcase with a 3-0 loss to the Mat-Su Miners on Sunday at Mulcahy Stadium in Anchorage.
The Oilers finished 2-1 at the showcase, which was exhibition games of seven innings.
The Oilers now jump back into Alaska Baseball League action with their first homestand of the season.
The Miners are at Coral Seymour Memorial Park from Tuesday, June 18, to Saturday, June 22. All games are at 6 p.m.
The Anchorage Bucs then come to town from Tuesday, June 25, to Saturday, June 29. All those games are at 6 p.m.
