Tuesday hoops: Grace Christian sweeps Seward

The visiting Grace Christian basketball teams swept Seward on Tuesday in Peninsula Conference action.

The Seahawks girls took a 66-23 loss to the Grizzlies.

For Seward, Robin Cronin led the way with 6 points, while Natalie Sieminski and Hailey Ingalls had 4, Addison Lemme had 3, and MiKinley Williams, Stella Dow and Lia Shank all had 2.

Sophia Lentfer poured in 27 points for the Grizzlies, while Ella Boerger had 16, Olivia Jones had 8, MJ Van Der Horst had 6, Hope Jackson had 3, and Poppy Wiggers-Pidduck, Molly Schild and Faith Salima had 2.

The Grace boys topped Seward 54-46.

Nick Ambrosiani had 15 for Seward, while Bergen Davis had 11, Emerson Cross had 10, Talon Lemme had 6 and Ben Ambrosiani had 5.

For Grace, Bristol Tobin had 15, while Kellen Jedlicka had 12, Henry Beck had 10, Robbie Annett had 8, Brayden Clarkson had 5, Ashton Clarkson had 3 and Royce Rock had 1.
