Twin City to host Dirt Shootout

Twin City Raceway will host the Alaska Dirt Track Shootout on Friday and Saturday, featuring drivers from around the state. Racing will be in A-Stocks, B-Stocks, Sprints, Legends, Late Models and Modifieds.

Races start at 6 p.m. both nights, with qualifying at 4 p.m. and gates opening at 3 p.m. Rain makeup is 1 p.m. the next day.

GCI account holders get in, if they bring their invoice or bill. Active duty military and veterans also get in for free.

General admission is $10 each night per person, or $5 per night for seniors and students, or free for those 6 and under. Pit passes, for those 12 and older, are $20 per night per person.

Twin City Raceway is located at Mile 6.5 of the Kenai Spur Highway at Shotgun Road, across from Beaver Loop.
