Twin City to host stock cars Saturday

The Kenai Peninsula Racing Lions – Circle Track Division will hold races Saturday at 6 p.m. at Twin City Raceway.

Gates open at 3 p.m. and qualifying begins at 4 p.m. The rain makeup, if necessary, will be Sunday at 1 p.m.

Racing will be in stock cars, late models, legends and sprints, depending on participants.

Military veterans get in free, as do GCI account holders bringing a bill or invoice. Seniors and students pay $5 for general admission, while general admission for adults is $10.

The raceway is located at Mile 6.5 of the Kenai Spur Highway, across from Beaver Loop Road.
