Homer council puts brakes on some Jet Ski action

The legislation is a response to the repeal of a regulation banning the use of personal watercraft in the Fox River and Kachemak Bay Critical Habitat Areas.

Homer council works to offset Jet Ski impact in Kachemak Bay

Expanding testing available on southern peninsula

South Peninsula Hospital announced last week it would begin offering free, rapid COVID-19 testing.

Court date set for lawsuit over Homer election

Homer voters approve plastic bag ban; Evensen to serve on council

Voters approved the bag ban with 748 yes votes to 406 no votes.

Alaska Supreme Court finds Griswold has standing in zoning case

The City will be incorporating the court’s interpretation in all of Homer’s pending proceedings.
